Everyday life gives scenes texture
Read food, clothing, homes, work, family practices and courtesy together. Choose details that will help players understand an ordinary encounter.
Give everyday life a place in your world
Prepare a cultural framework through daily life, values, institutions and disagreement. Review an authored dossier, adapt it to your setting and share a cultural primer.

People inside a society
Use a shared authored framework to explore expectations, institutions and lived differences. Adapt its recurring themes to your campaign.
Read food, clothing, homes, work, family practices and courtesy together. Choose details that will help players understand an ordinary encounter.
Set a public ideal beside a gap in lived reality. Use differences in wealth, access, generation and migration to prepare more than one perspective.
Review public forums, household records, guilds, legal remedies and magic oversight. Decide who can challenge authority and what a particular person wants.
The framework describes common expectations and contested practices. It does not assign personality or conduct by ancestry, or decide how every member behaves.

Prepare a cultural frame
Choose environment and social context, then review the complete dossier.
Use your campaign notes to adapt shared templates. The artwork illustrates worldbuilding, not an application screen.
From a frame to a useful guide
Quick and Deep share a complete output. Controls provide context for an authored framework rather than a live model of a population.
Set culture mode, environment and internal diversity. Quick exposes these three controls while retaining any current Deep settings.
In Deep, choose power, mobility, magic, change, wealth, law and outsider relations. Specialist presets prepare selected fields while retaining the others.
Review material life, values, institutions, variation, tensions and hooks. Use a scoped reroll or structured editing where needed, then check linked sections for consistency.
Save the dossier and notes manually through your account library. Review the separate player primer before copying, downloading or printing material for your group.
What the tool provides
Eight focused capabilities support preparation, editing and account records.
Review identity, material foundations, values, customs, etiquette, food, clothing, architecture, households, names, celebrations, work, status, law, magic, hospitality, burial and taboos.
Quick shows culture mode, environment and internal diversity. Deep exposes power, mobility, magic, change, wealth, law and outsider relations alongside the same complete dossier.
Choose a river basin, coast, highlands, forest, drylands, urban centre or mixed landscape. Authored profiles connect the material basis with food and architecture.
Read a public ideal beside a gap in lived reality. The framework includes variation by district, generation, wealth, work, belief and migration.
Use authored civic institutions, disputes, exceptions and adventure hooks to prepare conversations and choices. Review them against your own setting.
Lock a group against its own scoped reroll, or rebuild that group while retaining other sections. Review dependent text after changes.
Edit structured JSON, undo or redo result changes, and review a separate player primer. Copy or download the selected view and print your workspace.
Manually save dossiers and notes through your DCC session. Search saved records, reopen prior results, duplicate a variant or compare selected cultural details.
Choose scope and context
Culture modes describe the scope. Environment supplies material profiles; many customs and institutions remain shared templates.
Start with a local or regional culture and choose its internal diversity. Districts, households, work and migration give you ways to introduce different experiences.
Prepare a plural urban setting or a community connected across several places. Review the framework’s shared practices rather than assuming every member has one identity.
Use frontier, courtly or mercantile presets to prepare selected pressure and authority controls. They do not rebuild every other setting automatically.
Prepare the offered specialist frames, then review the complete form. Environment affects food and architecture; mode labels alone do not produce an entirely distinct society.

A guide to everyday encounters
Use the dossier to prepare a welcome, negotiation, misunderstanding or visit.
Review the primer as a separate audience view. This illustration shows cultural reference material, not generated application output.
Refine one group at a time
Five refinement groups replace selected sections. They retain other material without reconciling every dependency.
Refine identity, values and status; daily life; households, names and remembrance; institutions, law and magic; or variation and change. Fixed authored passages may remain identical on a reroll.
Lock a group to prevent its own scoped reroll. Generate another culture creates a full result regardless of locks. Identity refinement can change the culture name while retaining its record identity.
Review parameters, material foundations, public summary and player primer after a change. Retained sections are not automatically rebuilt to match the new group.
Use the structured JSON editor to adapt the dossier. Undo and redo cover result changes rather than setup controls, notes or account state. The visible seed alone does not repeat a result; generation steps and controls also matter.
Account records and audience review
Generated structure and declared checks help review a draft. They do not independently understand every sentence you edit.
Save through your signed-in DCC session with required access. Records keep current notes and up to ten prior result snapshots. Earlier notes are not separately versioned. Account storage is bounded; there is no autosave or offline-save guarantee.
Search title, scope, public ideal, change pressure or notes. Open current or prior results, duplicate a variant, or compare selected identity and variation details. Open retains the current form and generation step; review them before regenerating.
The generated primer omits private tensions, but editing and refinement do not reliably rebuild it. Review the selected view before sharing. Save validation checks required structure and specified boundaries, not every implication or contradiction.
Copy or download the current view as JSON. Print the workspace with the selected audience view and review the print preview. There is no import control, direct Combat PRO transfer or live social simulation. Fresh workspace keeps saved account records.
Choose access for your toolkit
Culture & Society Generator is a paid standalone tool. Create a free account first, then review your selection and subscription.
Select Culture & Society Generator individually. Creating a free account does not by itself include paid generator access.
Choose a five-generator pack for other eligible standalone tools alongside this one. It provides selection capacity, not automatic access to every VISINVOKE product.
Review larger selected-generator packs in your account. Check the actual generators, subscription and reselection terms before choosing your toolkit.
Combat PRO, Battlemaps and image systems have their own access models. Standalone generator subscriptions do not include image or animation credits.

Use an authored cultural framework to prepare how people greet, work, share meals and resolve differences.
Read public ideals alongside unequal access, disagreements, exceptions and repair.
Start Here and How Do I help cover cultural framing, refinement, audience views and account saves.
Review the framework, give individuals their own choices and decide which practices belong in your campaign.

Quick answers
Understand the authored framework, refinement limits and audience views before opening the tool.
It provides an authored framework with shared customs, institutions and social themes. Environment changes material, food and architecture profiles; other controls add context, labels and some branches. Names, public ideals and lived-reality gaps vary. Much text is shared across results, and a reroll may retain identical passages. Use editing to adapt the dossier. It does not simulate populations, future change or live social encounters.
Quick shows three controls while retaining your existing Deep settings. Both modes produce the complete dossier. Specialist presets prepare selected controls for an urban mosaic, diaspora, frontier, courtly, mercantile, seafaring, pastoral, scholarly or changing society. They retain other current settings; review the whole form before generating.
Locks prevent the selected group’s scoped reroll. Generate another culture creates a full result regardless of those locks. A scoped reroll replaces only its group and does not reconcile every linked section. Identity refinement can change the culture name while retaining the saved-record identity. Check the parameters, material foundations, related text and player primer after refining.
Results depend on the seed, controls and generation step, so the visible seed alone does not repeat a dossier. Open restores the saved result, current notes and saved locks, while leaving the form and generation step as they are. Review the form before a new or scoped generation. Undo and redo apply to result changes, not the form or account library.
Manual Save uses your signed-in DCC account and required generator access. A saved record keeps the dossier and current notes, with up to ten prior result snapshots when the same record is saved again. Earlier notes are not separately versioned. The account library is bounded and needs a working session and connection; there is no autosave or offline-save guarantee. Fresh workspace clears the current work without deleting saved records.
The generated primer is separate from the full dossier and omits its private tensions. Editing or refinement does not reliably rebuild every related field or primer. Review the selected audience view before copying, downloading or printing. Save validation checks required structure and specified boundaries rather than understanding every sentence. JSON export is available, but there is no import control or direct Combat PRO transfer.
